A Streetcar Named Desire.

The set design concept for this model box encompasses a rotating set showcasing small portions of the Kowalski’s one-bedroom flat with every turn of the stage.

I chose the rotating stage as I wanted to pair the building energy of the play with the energy of movement. The intention for the stage would be to rotate with different scenes to help move the plot and give dimension to the characters environment.
